What is the card-updating service?

Card updating service is a special service provided by our company, aiming to solve the "Philippine Dream Satellite" system updating problem and the card broken problem. These two problems are quite common among customers. Client who has purchased the service will receive an immediate updating notification after the Dream System Updating. And we will transact card exchange service at client's home after the satellite system decoded successfully within the service period. 3. We will send E-mail to notice you again.
4. You fix appointment with us for delivering new card.
5. We will arrange courier to delivery new card to your Apartment/Office after getyour confirmation.
6. You insert new smart card to receiver decoder for checking, return old card to courier and pay delivery fee.

How much shall I pay to courier man?

It depend on how far from our office to your home or office. the delivery fee range from 10RMB to 40RMB. you should keep in mind of it after courier man charge you at first time. Then you can contact us to complain if courier man charge you over fee on send time. We will return the fee to you.
